Job Overview

Metis Infrastructure Services are looking for construction professionals, plant operators, site managers and everything in between! We are looking for all trades for reliable, high-volume project pipelines across London, the South East, and the East of England?

Metis Infrastructure Services is building an elite, tech-enabled regional workforce registry ahead of our major 2026 commercial project rollouts. We are bypassing traditional, slow-moving recruitment agencies and replacing them with a live, digital registry of verified talent.

Duties

  • Maintain active trade status, up-to-date compliance certifications, and valid right-to-work documentation within the Metis Infrastructure digital registry.
  • Utilize the Ubeya mobile application for site clock-ins, clock-outs, and real-time attendance verification across deployed project zones.
  • Execute trade-specific scopes, site logistics, or management frameworks safely and efficiently in line with main contractor method statements.
  • Adhere strictly to site-specific Health & Safety regulations, RAMS, and PPE requirements mandated by Tier-1 contractors.
  • Provide reliable availability updates via the digital portal to ensure seamless deployment continuity on long-term project packages.
  • Collaborate proactively with site management and regional delivery teams to maintain high productivity and minimize project downtime.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a valid, active CSCS Card (Green, Blue, Gold, or Black depending on trade tier or management level).
  • Valid Right to Work in the UK documentation (Passport, Share Code, or Birth Certificate) required for immediate digital verification.
  • Trade-specific certifications where applicable (e.g., CPCS/NPORS for plant operators, JIB Gold Card for electricians, CISRS for scaffolders).
  • For supervisory and management roles: Valid SMSTS, SSSTS, or First Aid at Work certifications.
  • Strong track record of reliability, safety compliance, and consistency on commercial or infrastructure developments.
