Full job description
Customer Program Management (CPM) is a global function within Customer Implementation and Services responsible for ensuring that customer impacting projects including major upgrades, migrations, and displacements—are delivered consistently, efficiently, and with a strong customer experience.
The successful candidate will work closely with delivery teams and key internal partners , driving client engagement and collaborating across Customer Implementation, Sales & Account Management and Product Teams.
As Project Manager you will be responsible for
-
leading independently medium ‑ scale projects from initiation through closure, ensuring agreed outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and within the agreed scope.
-
managing defined governance models and standards
-
partnering with project sponsors and stakeholders including clients to agree project objectives, milestones, and success criteria.
-
identifying assess, manage, and escalate project risks, issues, dependencies, and opportunities .
-
providing regular, structured status reporting to keep partners informed of progress, risks, and decisions required.
-
representing the project in various governance forums.
What do you need to bring to the role?
-
Project Management Methodologies: Proven experience delivering or supporting projects using standard methodologies and governance, with hands‑on use of project plans, RAID logs, governance packs, and status reports.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Ability to manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, understanding their objectives and expectations.

Product Knowledge: Working understanding of the LSEG product suite.
-
Escalation Management: structured and timely handling of risks, issues, and incidents.
-
Attention to Detail & Quality: Strong focus on accuracy, ensuring project documentation and reporting are up to date and to a high standard.

LSEG Values & Teamwork: Demonstrating application of LSEG values including effective cross‑functional collaboration.
Desirable Skills:
-
Experience in presenting project updates, risks, and progress to internal partners and, where appropriate, to customers.

Familiarity with internal systems (e.g. Siebel, Salesforce, CPQ) and ability to extract and interpret data for reporting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
