The Role

This is a hands-on, multidisciplinary position spanning every creative and visual pillar of the brand. Working closely alongside the Art Director, you will help shape and execute campaigns, retail and event environments, packaging, print and digital experiences, translating brand strategy into beautifully resolved design across formats and channels.

The remit is broad and fast-moving. One week you may be art-directing a still-life shoot; the next, building a presentation deck, designing a retail display, developing packaging artwork, or detailing a bespoke prop for an event. You will be expected to think conceptually while maintaining exceptional attention to execution and craft.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, is fluent across disciplines, embraces new technologies and is passionate about creating thoughtful, elevated work that reflects the standards of a luxury brand.

Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Development

  • Support the development and execution of seasonal, product and brand campaigns.
  • Translate creative concepts into cohesive visual systems across all channels.
  • Produce campaign assets for digital, retail, social media, CRM, e-commerce and print.
  • Ensure visual consistency and quality from concept through final delivery.

Photography & Art Direction

  • Assist in the creative development and execution of product, ingredient, still-life and editorial photography.
  • Prepare mood boards, references, shot lists and production materials.
  • Support on-set art direction and collaborate with photographers, stylists and production partners.
  • Review imagery and retouching to ensure alignment with brand standards.

Visual Merchandising

  • Contribute to the development of visual merchandising concepts for boutiques, counters and pop-ups.
  • Support the creation of planograms, POS materials and merchandising guidelines.
  • Ensure retail execution reflects the brand's luxury positioning and customer experience standards.

Retail Design

  • Assist in the design and adaptation of retail environments, fixtures and merchandising furniture.
  • Produce presentation materials, technical drawings and production-ready artwork.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and production partners to ensure quality execution.

Event & Spatial Design

  • Design and develop props, installations and event concepts for launches, activations and brand experiences.
  • Support projects from initial ideation through fabrication and implementation.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery.

Packaging Design

  • Assist in the design and production of primary and secondary packaging.
  • Prepare artwork and maintain dieline accuracy across packaging formats.
  • Manage print specifications, finishes, colour approvals and production requirements.
  • Ensure packaging aligns with both creative vision and technical constraints.

Brand Presentations

  • Create highly polished presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • Maintain and evolve presentation templates, typography systems and brand assets.
  • Translate complex information into visually compelling storytelling.

Print Design & Production

  • Produce print-ready artwork across collateral, editorial, retail and large-format applications.
  • Manage pre-press requirements and liaise with printers and suppliers.
  • Ensure exceptional attention to detail throughout the production process.

Digital Design

  • Support the design and production of digital assets across website, e-commerce, CRM and social platforms.
  • Create layouts, graphics and content that maintain the integrity of the brand's visual language.
  • Collaborate with marketing, digital and e-commerce teams on campaign implementation.

AI-Enhanced Creative Production

  • Integrate AI tools into design and production workflows where appropriate.
  • Use generative tools to support ideation, moodboarding, image development and creative exploration.
  • Apply AI-assisted retouching, editing and production techniques while maintaining the quality and integrity expected of a luxury brand.
  • Stay informed about emerging creative technologies and contribute new ways of working to the team.

What We're Looking ForEssential

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the beauty, luxury, fashion or premium lifestyle sector.
  • A portfolio demonstrating sophisticated, brand-led visual design and creative thinking.
  • Strong understanding of luxury aesthetics, including typography, composition, colour, materials and finishing techniques.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Strong capabilities in image retouching, layout design, print production and presentation design.
  • Experience working across both digital and physical design environments.
  • Working knowledge of AI creative tools and modern creative production workflows.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to craft.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a wider creative team.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Desirable

  • Experience in art-directing photography and content shoots.
  • Knowledge of retail design, spatial design or fabrication processes.
  • Experience with motion design, video editing or animation.
  • Familiarity with 3D design software and workflows.
  • Understanding of skincare, beauty, wellness or luxury consumer brands.
