A Typical Day in the Job

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define problem statements, and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Develop and configure in-house CRM systems and applications using TSQL, BPM tools (Visio), and .NET C#, ensuring solutions are scalable and robust.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of system changes prior to deployment to maintain application quality and reliability.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting using SQL/TSQL to support business decision-making and operational requirements.
  • Produce technical documentation and provide ongoing application support by resolving support tickets and maintaining system performance.
