Job description

Who are Heatable?

We're a national installation service that have installed over 40,000 energy saving products across the UK since 2017 and we're still rapidly growing.

Much like our heating division, we take the way that customers buy solar PV and battery storage to a whole new level. Using technology and digital marketing channels, we facilitate super competitive and high-quality installations throughout the UK, all from our HQ in Warrington.

Our unique and revolutionary way of working combined with UK exclusive products is what gives us the upper hand over the industry and means we are growing at a phenomenal rate.

As we continue to grow, we want to attract the very best people out there who want to be part of something huge, so if this sounds like you, then please get in touch - we are ready to discuss this exciting and unique opportunity with you directly and confidentially.

The role:

We're looking for a knowledgeable operations manager who has solid industry experience to join our team. The role is office-based where you'll be engaging with installers all over the UK, on-boarding new installation partners to ensure we maintain a full national support and service to our customers

The successful candidate would be positioned within our technical support team - a fast paced, hyper-reactive environment responsible for all things installation based including technical support.

What we’re looking for:

We’re the best at what we do because we have the best people, and we need more.

Experience is key with this role as the successful candidate will be a pillar of support to the super-fast customer support level, therefore having the knowledge and experience to help and guide them through their queries is paramount. We have a responsibility to our customers, contractors and regulators to ensure all completed works are compliant and meet our expecting standards. Managing and engaging at a distance is crucial to getting the most from our partner installers.

General responsibilities:

· Support installers by providing solid technical advice, building regulations knowledge, and manufacturer-specific requirements

· Onboard new partners in areas required and maintain high levels of performance with the existing team.

· At times, on-site visits to perform physical audits and manage the contractor standards and relationships

· Provide feedback to the installation network with the findings on completed desktop audits

· Help and advise customers on suitable products for their homes

· Create design and specification amendments where required

· QS electrical certification

You may also be required to travel from time to time.

To work here, you must have:

· Operational excellence

· A positive mental attitude towards your work

· Reasonable understanding of Microsoft tools

· An outstanding phone and customer service manner

· Experience using certification body registration tools

· A desire to achieve and deliver high levels of customer service and support

· An eagerness to be part of something revolutionary

This couldn't be further from a 'call centre' position, and you'll be working in a casual (but super hardworking) environment.
