Full job description

Due to our ongoing expansion, we now require an additional on site electrician to assist our team. This individual needs to have a genuine interest in the renewable energy sector and using new technologies.

We require at least 3 years on site experience as a qualified electrician in domestic and commercial environments, along with a good level of knowledge of electrical installations and compliance with regulations. The individual will be heavily involved with installing Solar PV, Battery Storage, Electric Vehicle Charging, and LED lighting conversions. Along with carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports.

What we are looking for

Level 3 Electrical Installations (C&G)

18th edition Wiring Regulations

2391 Inspection & Testing (preffered)

Electric Vehicle Training course (preferred )

UK Driving Licence

Great manner with customers

Be comfortable using smart phone/tablet/laptop

Be comfortable working alone as required

The ability to guide and mentor trainees and apprentices

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment using hand and power tools.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes during all tasks.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Drive to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival and efficient project execution.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects within deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £38,486.00-£46,019.00 per year
