Full job description

Here at Simmers & Co we are looking for an organized and enthusiastic person to join our team.

The role involves a variety of tasks around the office including; answering and redirecting the phone, booking appointments, greeting clients, typing up accounts to a satisfactory standard, etc....

The ideal person for this role is confident, proactive, and eager to learn. A basic knowledge of Microsoft platforms like Word and Excel. They should be organized as entrusted to handle clients’ papers and information. Candidates should be able to work both independently and as a team, whilst maintaining client confidentiality at all times.

This role allows you to learn new and useful skills that you may not already have.

Roles:

· Answering calls and redirecting them

· Emailing clients

· Greeting clients

· Booking meetings

· Sorting post

· Stocking stationery

· Keeping records organized

· Filing paperwork

· Sorting and uploading papers

· Typing accounts

· Entry accountancy work (bank analysis and VAT year ends)

Skills required:

· Good organization

· Willingness to learn

· Basic understanding of Microsoft packets

· Comfortable with phone calls and emails

· Computer literacy

Pay: £23,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
