Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team and support our mission of providing outstanding care. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, expertise in lead generation, and experience with various applicant tracking systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build meaningful relationships with prospective Care Professionals and contribute to our ongoing growth.

Duties

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates through social media management and lead generation strategies to onboarding successful hires.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or HRIS platforms to ensure accurate candidate data management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, community partners, and internal stakeholders to promote employment opportunities.
  • Screen applications and conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability for various care roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment campaigns.
  • Utilize social media channels and online platforms to attract qualified candidates actively.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in human resources or recruitment within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability in lead generation techniques and relationship management.
  • Knowledge of human resources best practices and employment legislation is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
