Performance & Rehabilitation Coaches

Two Full-Time & Two Part -Time Positions to start from the 15th of August 2026

The role:

We are looking for two Rehabilitation or Sports Therapist Graduates to train up to become a Rehabilitation and Running Specialists. A great opportunity to gain experience and expand your rehab and performance knowledge with an in-depth training programme in our rehabilitation and running methodology. We will also provide training in our unique biomechanical assessment and movement re-education protocols. Our Rehabilitation and Performance team works in co-operation with different physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors and other medical professionals from different organisations

The Movement & Running School

We provide rehabilitation, movement re-education and biomechanical analysis & running re-education as well as speed & performance training for children to adults, people after injury and surgery, recreational and professional athletes. We have over 30 years of experience working with kids, patients, and athletes, and we work with many professional sports clubs. We have set-up over 40 Movement & Running Schools around the world in the UK, Germany, Spain, Norway, Austria, USA, Japan & Malta. We run Performance and Rehabilitation courses for medical professionals and coaches in over 20 countries.

Your experience:

A Rehabilitation or Sports Therapist graduate with a keen interest in movement, biomechanics, running and the latest rehabilitation methodologies who is looking for a new challenge in an innovative, dynamic and exciting company. You will report to the Centre Manager, and you will be fully trained in our methodology for both Performance and Rehabilitation Modules. You will be working with adults and children in exercise-based rehabilitation and performance training. You will be supervised during your training, and we will take an active role in teaching you the various Performance and rehab modules.

Full Time Position – Starting salary £22K to £26K, depending on experience, with an increase after completing your training. Part-Time Positions – 8 to 20 Hours per week
