The Role

As a Sales & Marketing Representative, you’ll be the face of our charity campaigns, engaging with members of the public in high-footfall locations across the West Midlands.

You’ll learn valuable communication, sales, and leadership skills while working within a supportive and ambitious team environment.

Responsibilities

* Represent our charity partners through face-to-face sales and marketing.

* Engage with members of the public in busy shopping centres, high streets, and event locations.

* Build rapport and deliver outstanding customer service.

* Work towards individual and team performance goals.

* Attend daily coaching sessions and ongoing development workshops.

* Occasionally travel across the UK for campaigns, networking events, and business development opportunities.
