Operations Manager – Help Build a World-Class Global Brand

We’re looking for an Operations Manager to take ownership and management of several functions within our business: -

  • Full responsibility for fulfilment/dispatching our premium products at one of the fastest-growing sports memorabilia brands in the world. This is a hands-on role for someone who holds themselves to the highest standards and doesn’t clock out until the job is done
  • Close liaison with the Customer Services Specialist to ensure that all customer correspondence is promptly dealt with to the high Firma Stella standards, and that customers are delighted
  • Ensuring that the stock is managed through the Stock Controller, items are received, correctly listed and accurately stored
  • Take responsibility for the heart of our business, working closely with the Framing Manager, ensure that framed products are world class in all aspects and will delight our customers.

You’ll be responsible for managing these functions, driving the implementation and management of all processes to ensure high standard, consistency and repeatability.

Reporting back to the CEO so that he is fully and accurately informed to make strategic decisions for the business. Your ability to quickly respond to requests and present accurate and meaningful reports (eloquent in written and verbal communication, and a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office would set you in good stead).

As with any senior role it should go without saying that you can expect early mornings, late finishes, and weekend work when needed, we move quickly, and so should you.
