Financial Planner

What You'll Be Doing

  • Meet with clients to understand their financial goals, circumstances and attitude to risk
  • Create and deliver tailored financial planning recommendations across pensions, investments, protection and estate planning
  • Monitor client portfolios and conduct regular reviews to keep plans aligned with changing objectives
  • Provide clear, practical advice that helps clients make informed financial decisions
  • Build strong relationships across the wider Azets business to identify opportunities for integrated client support

Technical Expertise

  • Provide advice on pensions, ISAs, investments and tax-efficient planning
  • Support clients with retirement planning, wealth preservation and inheritance tax strategies
  • Keep up to date with UK financial regulations and FCA requirements
  • Maintain accurate client records and complete all required documentation
  • Undertake ongoing CPD and ensure advice meets the highest professional standards

What We're Looking For

  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS) or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a Financial Adviser/Planner within the UK market
  • Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and UK financial planning legislation
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A client-focused approach with high ethical standards and attention to detail
  • A collaborative colleague who is ambitious, professional and committed to doing the right thing
