• Deliver a high-quality, friendly café experience for all customers through efficient service and attention to detail

• Support the wider catering team by contributing to food preparation and service for residential and event-based catering

Knowledge, skills and experience - Essential

• Friendly and approachable with good communication skills

• Strong customer service skills with a positive, "can-do" attitude

• Basic food preparation skills and willingness to learn

• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing demands

• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Knowledge, skills and experience - Desirable

• Experience with POS systems

• Barista experience or knowledge of coffee preparation

• Basic understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
