Front Line Supervisor – Airport Project

Location: Standsted Airport
Project: WSW

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Front Line Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on our Airport project. This role is critical in ensuring that site activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You’ll be the key link between management and on-site teams, driving productivity while maintaining compliance with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily site operations and workforce activities
  • Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety standards
  • Monitor progress against project timelines and report on performance
  • Provide guidance, support, and leadership to site operatives
  • Conduct site briefings, toolbox talks, and safety checks
  • Liaise with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and incidents

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within building projects
  • Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage teams and work under pressure
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS card, First Aid)
  • Full driving licence
