Full job description

Love creating emails that people actually want to open? Want to join one of the UK's fastest-growing D2C brands where email is a key revenue-driving channel?

We're partnering with an award-winning, high-growth consumer brand that has built an incredibly loyal customer community and established itself as a market leader within the beauty, health and wellness space.

With tens of thousands of active subscribers, significant investment behind the business and ambitious plans for future growth, this is a brand with genuine momentum. Their products are loved by customers, their community continues to grow, and their focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience sits at the heart of everything they do.

As they continue to scale, they're now looking to bring an Email Designer into the business to help elevate one of their most important customer channels.

The Role

Email is far more than just another marketing channel here. It's a core driver of customer acquisition, retention, engagement and revenue.

As Email Designer, you'll take ownership of the visual design and production of email campaigns, automated journeys and lifecycle communications that reach thousands of customers every single day.

Working closely with the CRM, Brand and Creative teams, you'll bring campaigns to life through beautifully crafted, high-performing email experiences that not only look fantastic but also deliver measurable results.

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for someone who wants creative ownership and the chance to make a visible impact. You'll help shape the look and feel of the entire email programme, build scalable templates and components, contribute fresh creative ideas, and play a key role in ensuring every customer interaction feels premium, engaging and on-brand.

You'll be joining a collaborative, ambitious and fast-moving team that values creativity, innovation and continuous improvement.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience designing and building email marketing campaigns for a consumer-focused brand
  • Strong understanding of responsive email design and mobile-first best practices
  • Experience using platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp or similar ESPs
  • Excellent visual design skills with a strong eye for layout, typography and branding
  • Experience creating automated email flows, customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns
  • Ability to translate briefs and copy into engaging, conversion-focused email experiences
  • Experience building reusable templates and modular design systems
  • Understanding of email testing, optimisation and performance metrics
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality creative work
  • Experience within eCommerce, D2C, beauty, wellness, lifestyle or subscription-based businesses would be highly advantageous

Benefits

Alongside a competitive salary, extensive benefits and hybrid working... This is an opportunity to join one of the most exciting brands in the UK consumer space at a pivotal stage of growth. You'll work alongside a talented and passionate team, enjoy genuine creative ownership, and have the chance to shape an email programme that sits at the centre of the customer experience. The business offers a collaborative culture, excellent opportunities for personal and professional development, and the chance to see your work make a direct impact on a rapidly growing brand and highly engaged customer community.
