As a Product Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in advancing this mission as a key member of our Product Design Team.We are seeking a talented and passionate Product Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating innovative and user-centred designs that enhance the UNiDAYS experience for millions of students worldwide. You will be involved in the entire end-to-end process, from ideation and conceptualisation to prototyping and implementation, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring your designs to life and align with business goals.Join us in making a meaningful impact on the lives of young people worldwide.

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, thinking and experience, with a focus on user-centered design
  • Proven experience designing for web and mobile platforms
  • Good understanding of iOS and Android design patterns
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
  • Experience working with and contributing to design systems
  • Ability to balance user needs with business goals
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • A passion for creating beautiful and functional user experiences
  • Proven track record of delivering design solutions, which led to the success of significant projects
  • Experience working with a global audience (desirable)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design across multiple projects from discovery to delivery.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Researchers, and Engineers to define and understand user needs and business requirements.
  • Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces across multiple platforms (web, mobile, app).
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design solutions.
  • Willingness to collaborate across the team and take on board key feedback.
  • Where applicable to your workstreams, maintain our design system, ensuring consistency and quality across our products and driving its evolution.
  • Continuously collaborate with other members of the design team to share knowledge and improve ways of working.
  • Work closely with UXR on testing your design solutions and hypotheses.
  • Analysing qualitative and quantitative feedback and data, identifying themes and learnings regarding Product features and initiatives from other departments, such as Marketing.
  • Presenting your work, design decisions and rationale to stakeholders at all levels with clarity.
