Job Overview

The HR Manager is responsible for leading and delivering a comprehensive, generalist HR service across the business. The role supports managers and employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring legal compliance, best practice and a positive employee experience.

The successful candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, training and development, HR systems, health and safety compliance and organisational projects, whilst providing commercially focused HR advice to support business objectives.

Why Kays Medical?

At Kays, our ambition is simple: to build a high-performing organisation where our people are empowered to deliver exceptional service to our customers. As our business continues to grow, we recognise that our people are at the heart of that success.

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded HR Manager to lead and develop our people function. This is a broad, standalone role, providing the opportunity to influence every stage of the employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding through to employee relations, leadership development, organisational change and compliance.

Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping our people strategy, supporting managers to build high-performing teams, driving employee engagement and ensuring the business remains compliant with employment legislation and HR best practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on autonomy and wants to make a genuine impact within a growing organisation. You'll have the freedom to develop processes, introduce improvements and help create a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture that supports the continued success of Kays.

If you're looking for a role where your ideas will be valued, your expertise trusted and your contribution recognised, we'd love to hear from you.
