  • Ensure all back-of-house preparations are completed ahead of events.
  • To see guests in and out of residences both on private and official occasions.

We take pride in our specialist skills training so that your presentation and delivery will always be to a high standard. Teamwork is at the heart of everything we do. And so, although the learning curve will be steep, we'll be with you every step of the way.

Although your main workplace will be Buckingham Palace, you’ll also travel to other Royal residences throughout the year. Each experience will be different, providing a variety of opportunities to really grow your skills and confidence. • A natural problem solver you’ll use your initiative to solve problems and adapt quickly to changing demands.
  • You’ll bring a strong customer service mindset, ensuring guests feel valued and well cared for.

Previous experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role is highly desirable, nonetheless we’ll provide full training to help you succeed.
