Barista Wanted – Westgate Bakery

Westgate Bakery is looking for an experienced Barista to join our friendly team.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous barista experience
  • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation
  • Ability to create latte art
  • Understanding of specialty coffees and drinks
  • Passion for quality and customer service
  • Positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude

Your role will include:

  • Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages
  • Creating latte art to a consistent standard
  • Recommending specialty drinks to customers
  • Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
  • Delivering warm, welcoming customer service
