Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista (weekend) to join our vibrant team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service, and creating high-quality beverages. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and food items while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Flexibility to work weekends is essential, and previous experience in a similar role is mandatory. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, matcha, tea, and specialised drinks, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about products, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and process payments efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including cleaning equipment and utensils regularly.
  • Follow food safety standards and health regulations at all times to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
  • Restock supplies as needed to ensure the smooth running of the café during busy periods.

Requirements

  • Previous barista experience essential.
