Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front of House Assistant to join our restaurant team. The successful candidate will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience from arrival to departure. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and customer service to develop their skills in a vibrant environment.

This is for 16 hours a week, from 11am till 3pm.

Duties

· Greeting customers

· Taking orders

· Serving food and drinks

· Keeping tables and service areas clean and tidy

· Supporting the kitchen and farm shop team when needed

· Ensuring every customer leaves with a smile

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanour
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn about our menu offerings and service standards
