A fantastic opportunity to join the team at our thriving bar and restaurant, The Red Lion, Holbeach.

Using your strong customer service background, you will be responsible for making sure that the needs of our guests are always being met. You will take the time to listen and provide helpful and knowledgeable recommendations and suggestions. Your strong communication skills and charismatic style will ensure that our guests are having the best experience possible.

The applicant should bare in mind and demonstrate the following:

  • You will be the life an soul behind the bar, the first point of contact with customers on the door, memorise drinks of our regular clients and prioritise your guests at the bar, over service in the restaurant every single time. The customer is king!
  • Shifts are approx 17:00 - 01:00
  • Weekend availability is 100% required
  • 1+ year experience preferable
  • Due to working regulations, only over 18's will be considered
  • FULL DRIVING LICENCE REQUIRED OR LIVE WITHIN WALKING/CYCLE DISTANCE
  • Solid customer service experience, working to high standards
  • Ambitious, career orientated, keen to learn and progress
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think fast
  • Outstanding communication skills
