Job Summary

Join Our Team Amavi Marlborough is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our growing team. If you are passionate about hospitality, enjoy leading people, and thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment, we’d love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities* Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service.

* Support the Restaurant Manager with the day-to-day running of the restaurant.

* Supervise shifts and ensure smooth service.

* Train and develop new and existing team members.

* Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues professionally.

* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and health & safety.

* Assist with staff scheduling and opening/closing procedures.

* Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure an outstanding guest experience.

What We’re Looking For

* Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager.* Excellent communication and leadership skills.

* Passion for hospitality and customer service.

* Ability to remain calm under pressure.

* Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

* Right to work in the UK.
