What you'll earn
During your 18-month Academy

  • £25,774 basic salary
  • £4,000-£8,000 commission
  • Year 1 OTE: £29,000-£34,000

Once Qualified (Year 1)

  • £30,000 basic salary
  • Performance bonus - OTE £45,000+

As a Fully Competent Mortgage Adviser

  • £35,000 basic salary
  • Realistic OTE £75,000+ top performers earn significantly more

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll help customers who have already asked for mortgage advice.

You'll learn how to:

  • Build trust and lasting customer relationships
  • Understand customers' financial needs
  • Guide people through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives
  • Develop expert mortgage knowledge
  • Become a high-performing Mortgage Adviser

Our specialist teams handle much of the administration, allowing you to focus on delivering a brilliant customer experience.

Working Hours
During Training

  • Two days: 9:00am-6:00pm
  • Two days: 11:00am-8:00pm
  • Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm
  • One weekend per month

Once Qualified - the same weekday shift patterns continue.
