Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator – Photographer to join our dynamic team. This role involves capturing high-quality images and videos that align with our brand identity, as well as editing and managing visual content across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling through imagery, and proficiency in industry-standard software. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to develop their skills in photography, videography, and social media management within a collaborative environment.

Duties

  • Capture compelling photographs and videos that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience
  • Edit images and footage using Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, Adobe Premiere, and Final Cut Pro to ensure professional quality
  • Manage and organise visual content libraries for easy access and deployment across multiple channels
  • Develop creative concepts for visual campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Maintain consistency in style, tone, colour palette, and branding guidelines across all visual content
  • Oversee social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing performance metrics
  • Stay updated with current trends in photography, videography, and social media to keep content fresh and relevant
  • Assist in organising photoshoots or video shoots as required

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in photography and videography with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere), Capture One, Final Cut Pro, and other relevant editing software
  • Strong understanding of photo editing techniques to enhance image quality while maintaining authenticity
  • Knowledge of social media management tools and strategies to optimise content reach and engagement
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A good eye for detail, colour accuracy, composition, and storytelling through visuals
  • Prior experience in journalism or content creation is advantageous but not essential
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
