Full job description

Were looking for an enthusiastic, confident and people-focused Hospitality Supervisor to help deliver exceptional guest experiences across His Majestys Theatre, Music Hall and the Lemon Tree. With a variety of shift patterns available including full-time opportunities for the right candidate this is a chance to play a key role in one of Aberdeens busiest and most exciting hospitality operations.

This is far more than a traditional bar or restaurant supervisor role. Youll lead shifts across multiple venues, overseeing everything from busy theatre bars and concerts to our full-service restaurant, café and a growing programme of conferences and events. No two days are the same.

Were looking for someone with strong supervisory experience in a busy hospitality environment, who leads by example, communicates confidently and enjoys bringing out the best in others. Youll coach and support your team, keep standards high and ensure every guest receives a warm, efficient and memorable experience from the moment they arrive.
