Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service.

  • Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to guarantee quality, presentation, and adherence to food safety regulations.
  • Coordinate daily schedules, training sessions, and performance evaluations to foster team growth.
  • Ensure compliance with health codes, safety procedures, and food production standards across all kitchen and dining areas.
  • Maintain inventory levels for food supplies, beverages, and equipment; place orders as needed to prevent shortages.

Requirements

  • Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with strong team management skills.

  • Previous experience in hotel or barista roles is a plus, demonstrating versatility in hospitality environments.
