Resourcing Co-ordinator – Resident Doctors Rotations
APG Recruitment Hub (Supporting LNWH, Chelsea & Westminster, Hillingdon and Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trusts)
Full Time | APG Recruitment Hub
Are you an organised, proactive recruitment professional looking to play a key role in supporting one of the largest recruitment teams in North West London?
The APG Recruitment Hub is seeking a Resourcing Co-ordinator to coordinate and manage the recruitment and rotational onboarding of Resident Doctors across four leading NHS Trusts: London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust (LNWH), Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, and Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.
About the Role
As a Resourcing Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering an efficient and high-quality recruitment service, supporting the end-to-end recruitment processes for Resident Doctors. Working closely with Medical Staffing teams, Recruiting Managers, NHSE and regional stakeholders, you will ensure doctors are recruited, onboarded and transferred smoothly between organisations in line with NHS Employment Check Standards and GMC requirements.
You will be at the heart of a fast-paced recruitment environment, managing high-volume recruitment campaigns and rotational changeovers while providing excellent customer service to candidates and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding of Resident Doctors across the APG Trusts.
Ensure all pre-employment checks are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
Liaise with Medical Staffing, Workforce, HR and operational teams to support workforce planning requirements.
Maintain recruitment records and workforce systems such as TRAC and ESR, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Provide advice and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
Monitor recruitment pipelines and produce regular reports on progress and performance.
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
Experience working in recruitment, resourcing, HR administration or workforce services.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
Experience of working with sensitive and confidential information.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Confidence using recruitment and workforce systems and Microsoft Office.
An understanding of NHS recruitment processes would be advantageous.
What We Offer
The opportunity to work across a collaborative recruitment hub supporting four major NHS organisations.
A varied and rewarding role with exposure to medical workforce recruitment.
Excellent opportunities for professional development and career progression.
Flexible and hybrid working opportunities where service needs allow.
London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust (LNWH) cares for the people of Brent, Ealing, Harrow and beyond.
Our team of more than 8,200 clinical and support staff serve a diverse population of almost one million people.
We run major acute services at:
Northwick Park Hospital: home to one of the busiest emergency departments (A&E) in the country. The hospital provides a full range of services including the country’s top-rated hyper-acute stroke unit and one of only three hyper-acute rehabilitation units in the UK
St Mark’s Hospital: an internationally renowned specialist centre for bowel disease
Ealing Hospital: a busy district general hospital providing a range of clinical services, as well as 24/7 emergency department and urgent care centre, and specialist care at Meadow House Hospice
Central Middlesex Hospital: our planned care site, hosting a range of surgical and outpatient services and collocated with an urgent care centre.
We are a university teaching NHS trust, in recognition of the important role we play in training clinicians of the future and bringing the benefits of research to the public.
“ We operate a joint recruitment hub across the North West London Acute Provider Collaborative Group. As part of this, your application and personal data may be shared with partner trusts within the group for recruitment and workforce purposes, in line with general data protection regulation (GDPR).”
