OTE £28-32k

We are looking for an energetic, positive and proactive Trainee Recruitment consultant to join the team in our Glasgow office .

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Liaise with clients to maintain our excellent customer service standards including Face to Face site meetings
  • Recruit: Advertising vacancies on-line using job search engines and social media - Screening candidates over the phone and assessing their suitability for the role - Interviewing candidates both over the phone and face to face.
  • Ensure our Quality and Compliance standards are adhered to
  • Manage a large pool of temporary workers:
  • Develop new business. Including cold calling and arranging site visits
  • Participate in the on-call rota. We provide a genuine 24/7 service (week nights and weekends)
  • Office hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm however flexibility is required in this role in order to deliver the excellent standards we pride ourselves on.

Having a passion for customer service and a flair for developing customer relationships is essential to succeed in this challenging, target driven but highly rewarding role.

You will also require.

  • Confidence when dealing with people, face to face and over the phone
  • An eye for detail, especially regarding admin and compliance when under pressure

Base salary of £24-£27k DOE with uncapped commission + On Call Bonus Payment
