Experience in tree planting, shrub planting, turfing and seeding is preferred, but not necessary, as we are looking for hard working individuals and we will provide the training and support needed to help you succeed.

Our Landscaping Department has established a clear, supported progression route designed to take motivated team members from the ground up into leadership positions. This journey is fueled by:

  • Hands-on Tools: Master technical skills across soft landscaping.
  • Active Mentoring: Learn from professionals who have been in your boots.
  • Consistent Recognition: Your growth is tracked and rewarded at every milestone.

As our business continues to expand, this pathway creates concrete opportunities to advance into Senior, Supervisory, and Management roles for those who demonstrate the capability and ambition to lead our vision.

Technical Capability:

  • Sufficient recognised qualifications and confidence in ability to perform tasks associated with the job role you are applying for
  • Willingness and ability to learn new skills
  • Strong understanding of industry safety standards and site compliance
  • Ability to care for, maintain, and manage tools and equipment

Leadership Potential:

  • Clear, professional coordination with crew members and polite, informative interactions with clients on-site.
  • Organised approach to task planning and site coordination
  • Willingness to coach, guide, and support less experienced team members
  • Calm, reliable presence on site and a positive role model for others

Professional Approach:

  • Good organisational skills and time management
  • Comfortable taking responsibility for site paperwork and safety briefings
  • Confidently representing the quality and reputation of Beechwood Industries to homeowners, contractors, and developers
  • Adaptable, resilient, and committed to personal development

Skills will be trained and qualifications will be provided; we are looking for the right people to invest in and help to develop our company.

What you will receive:

Progression should be visible and worthwhile. Our pathway includes:

  • Pay raises directly linked to mastering new landscaping techniques and reaching development milestones.
  • Salary progression that aligns with increased site responsibility and foreman-level leadership.
  • Structured guidance, CPD (Continuing Professional Development) opportunities, and regular reviews to keep your career on track.
  • Full provision of professional-grade landscaping tools and all necessary PPE.
  • Opportunity to gain recognised industry qualifications
  • Hands-on coaching from experienced landscapers and horticultural experts.
