The role
As we continue to evolve and grow, we're looking for someone capable, organised, and commercially aware to take ownership of a key role at the heart of the business — bringing together our operations, sales support, and commercial coordination functions into one impactful position. This role will be office based at our production facility in Crawley, West Sussex.
Duties include:
What you’ll be responsible for:
Commercial & Operations
- Preparing and supporting client quotations, ensuring accuracy and commercial awareness
- Processing and managing orders from enquiry through to delivery
- Speaking with and negotiating suppliers to secure best pricing and service
- Raising and managing purchase orders
- Managing production workflow and scheduling, keeping jobs on track
- Maintaining and working across our Print Management System and other IT platforms
- Managing stock and purchasing of office and production supplies
- Producing reports and insights to support director decision-making
- Ensuring processes are followed and governance standards are maintained
Sales Support:
- Handling incoming customer calls and enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Acting as a key link between clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Assisting with the online client portal
- Supporting general administration tasks across the business
What we’re looking for
- Strong background in general administration, organisation, and commercial activities
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident working with IT systems including MS Office 365, Excel and other platforms
- Comfortable handling costs, margins, and supplier conversations
- A fast learner who can quickly get up to speed in a technical environment
- Able to manage multiple priorities without losing control of detail
- Professional, confident communicator — both on the phone and in writing
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a proactive approach to sales support
- A genuine team player who takes pride in delivering high-quality work in a supportive environment where high standards matter
