What You’ll Do

  • As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead, inspire, and develop your team to deliver exceptional service

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, from kitchen to front of house

  • Drive sales and profitability while maintaining high standards

  • Be the face of the restaurant – engaging with customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere

  • Manage stock, budgets, and operational targets efficiently

  • Uphold health & safety, hygiene, and food quality standards

  • Foster a positive team culture and support staff development

What You’ll Bring

  • You will have previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar Hospitality business

  • Are passionate about food, people, and creating amazing dining experiences

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

  • Are a strong communicator with excellent leadership skills

  • Understands financials, stock control, and operational efficiency

  • Can lead by example and knows how to motivate a team

  • Have a hands-on approach and a ‘can-do’ attitude
