Full job description

Hive Healthcare are currently recruiting Staff Nurses in the Belfast area to join our friendly and busy team.

Due to the nature of our roles, all candidates must be UK Resident with unrestricted working rights. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for any overseas candidates.

Whilst full and part time hours are available, please note we cannot accept candidates with working restrictions such as student visas etc

Your responsibilities will include –

  • · Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents
  • · Administer medications safely and in line with NMC guidelines
  • · Monitor, assess, and document residents’ clinical conditions
  • · Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • · Respond effectively to medical emergencies and changes in condition
  • · Support and supervise care assistants and junior staff
  • · Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
  • · Ensure compliance with safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety policies
  • · Provide emotional support to residents and their families

You will need –

  • · Valid NMC registration
  • · Previous experience in care homes or similar settings
  • · Strong clinical and communication skills
  • · Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • · Dedication to deliver person-centred care and support of the highest standard.
  • · Reliable, dependable and good timekeeper.
  • · A team player, who can adapt easily to the requests of care home management.
  • · 6 months post registration experience.
