Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Van Driver to join our team in Nottingham. You will deliver, pick up and exchange trade bins within different environments ensuring excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities


  • Responsible for ensuring your own health and safety and that of others and promoting a positive health and safety culture within the workplace.
  • Report any safety concerns, hazard observations, accidents and incidents in a timely manner to allow full investigation and prevent re-occurrence.
  • Complete daily pre-start vehicle inspections and submit to Transport dept.
  • Ensuring compliance with Duty of Care regulations by inspecting waste and completing waste transfer notes, as necessary.
  • The completion of relevant tickets or the use of the handheld device (As appropriate), detailing the necessary information and obtaining a customer signature.
  • Ensure that bins are delivered to standard and complete the sign off sheet as appropriate.
  • Check Risk Assessments for new container deliveries.
  • Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service.
