In this role, you’ll be on hand to:

  • Drive safely and efficiently: Load your van securely, carry out vehicle checks, and navigate your routes safely within your shift time.
  • Take ownership on the road: Use your initiative to handle everyday customer queries smoothly and keep in touch with the store team while on your route.
  • Maintain high safety standards: Follow all health and safety guidelines when handling, lifting, and delivering orders.

We value your hard work and commitment, and in return, we provide:

  • Generous holiday entitlement
  • 15% discount in our supermarkets and convenience stores from the day you join us
  • Additional 10% discount card for a friend or family member

  • Healthcare / Wellbeing benefits including Aviva Digital GP
  • 'MyPerks' with discounts at high street shops, cinemas and gyms, and lots more
  • Optional payroll charity donations
  • A range of family-friendly policies including 26 weeks maternity and adoption leave along with neonatal and fertility leave

More about you

We’d love to hear from you if you’ve held a full driving licence for over 1 year (with no more than 6 points) and are over 18 years old.

You'll be the kind of person who:

  • Enjoys an active, hands-on role: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and happy with heavy lifting, including safely moving totes weighing up to 18kg.
  • Loves helping people: Friendly, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile to give our customers a great experience.
  • Is a reliable colleague: Dependable and confident at solving everyday challenges on the road while keeping equipment and vehicles in top condition.
Morrisons is a place where you can be yourself, feel valued, and have a true sense of belonging. We are proud to be an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from people from all walks of life, as we strive to build a workforce that truly represents the communities we serve.

We are also a Disability Confident Employer, which means we're committed to providing an inclusive and accessible recruitment process. If you require any reasonable adjustments, please let us know when you submit your application and support will be provided wherever it’s required.
Starting as a Bradford market stall, we are proud to be the Yorkshire retailer now serving over 11 million customers nationwide each week. We’re unique: both foodmakers and shopkeepers, processing our own fresh produce and preparing more food in-store than any other supermarket.

We offer real opportunities to build your career across our stores, sites, and support teams. We’re a down-to-earth team that values hard work, reliability, and great customer service. If you’re friendly, dependable, and ready to get stuck in, there’s always More to Morrisons for you.
