We are recruiting for experienced Plumbers/Bathroom & Wetroom Installers to join our existing refurbishments team on a full time, permanent basis.

The position will require experience in the following areas:

• Plumbing – Ability to install/refurb Bathroom & Wet Rooms
• Reactive plumbing maintenance of domestic properties of general plumbing repairs
• Plumbing fault-finding and fault rectification
• Plumbing installations including associated works.

Applicants must hold a minimum of:

• A strong background experience in plumbing for a minimum of 2 Years.
• Have previous experience operating in a similar role.
• Requested additional skills in tiling.

• The Person MUST be able and willing to work Monday – Friday the core hours of 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. and variably work an on-call out of hours ROTA.
• The Person will have the ability to work within a team or to your own initiative as the site conditions dictate.
• This Person needs to have a level of customer service skills as they will be required to interact with tenants and clients.
• Own tools and equipment to perform the trade for which you are applying.
• RIM Artium LLP will provide the plumber with a company van and fuel in order for you to travel to the different sites.

Health and Safety responsibilities:

• You will be required to follow company policies and procedures at all times.
• Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment.
• Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received.
• Report any issues or training needs to the site supervisor.
• RIM Artium LLP will provide a uniform to the plumber and a full set of PPE as necessary for the duties. It is the responsibility of the employee to ensure that the PPE is worn at all times when on client premises.
