Veterinary Territory Sales Manager - South East

Zenopa are partnered with a Veterinary business, with 2,500+ product listings across 8 product categories and 5 brands. Join a small but ambitious team, passionate about working with practices to offer specialised solutions, guaranteeing an optimal clinical pathway.

The Opportunity

This is a pivotal role for a company at a period of growth. You will contribute to UK-wide sales targets, selling directly to independent veterinary practices and working in partnership with distributors and corporate practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for veterinary practices and key accounts across the South East.
• Build strong, long-term relationships through regular visits, product support, and consultative selling.
• Drive sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and the introduction of new products.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM systems.
• Represent the business at regional and national veterinary exhibitions and industry events.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer expectations, service quality, and product standards are consistently met.

About You

The successful candidate will:

• Be highly driven, self-motivated, and accountable.
• Have a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Have experience in veterinary, animal health, or related sales environments.
• Alternatively, candidates with an RVN background or an animal-based degree looking to move into sales are encouraged to apply.
• Be confident building relationships with customers and influencing purchasing decisions.
