Production Manager - Commercial Glazing | Wirral | Excellent Package

RED Systems, a leading name in architectural glazing solutions, is looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing partnerships from our Neston head office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day fabrication partnerships
  • Drive and maintain quality standards across our supply chain
  • Ensure OTIFNE (On Time, In Full, No Errors) delivery performance
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Oversee cost control and budget management
  • Coordinate with Contract Delivery Teams and Pre-Construction

What You'll Need:

  • Strong manufacturing management experience (glazing/aluminium experience beneficial)
  • Proven track record in quality management
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Experience managing supplier relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Full driving licence and ability to commute to Neston (CH64 3RU)
  • Logikal experience beneficial but training provided
