We’re looking for a Video Editor with a passion for storytelling, social-first content, and crafted platform-specific trends to join our Studio team.

We’re looking for an experienced Video Editor to join our dynamic team. You will have a passion for storytelling, exceptional editing skills, a strong, unique portfolio showcasing diverse projects, and the ability to own video post-productions from concept to completion. This role requires expertise in the full Adobe Creative Suite, a keen eye for detail, and the capacity to deliver high-quality video content under tight deadlines for a variety of clients.

You’ll produce high-impact video content tailored for channel and audience. Working closely with creatives and strategists, you’ll blend storytelling and technical skill to craft content that drives engagement and brand love.

The Role
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Editing and delivering high-quality, on-brand video content for social media, including reels, stories, YouTube videos and promos.
  • Supporting post-production workflows including sound design, colour grading, motion graphics and formatting.
  • Optimising video content for platform-specific best practices (e.g. aspect ratios, hooks, pacing).
  • Collaborating with creative teams to develop storyboards, visual styles and content strategies.
  • Providing creative input during pre-production and shoot planning phases.
  • Working on multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Staying up to date with editing trends, social media algorithms and emerging platforms.
  • Taking feedback positively and using it to improve the quality of the work.

You Should Apply If

  • You have proven experience of professional video editing, supported by a strong portfolio of social-first content.
  • You’re advanced in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition), with bonus points for familiarity with DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut.
  • You bring a strong sense of timing, pacing and storytelling craft tailored to digital platforms.
  • You understand social media deeply-its formats, trends, and what makes content perform.
  • You’re looking for a fast-paced environment and can balance creativity with efficiency.
  • You’re a great collaborator and communicator, comfortable working across teams.
  • You’ve worked in a brand, agency, or media environments and understand the creative-commercial balance.
