About the Role

As Digital Marketing Executive at Tritility, you would be responsible for managing organic social media, content creation, along with supporting email campaigns. You will also play a crucial role in supporting the Digital Marketing Manager in executing digital marketing activity to enhance brand visibility, engage our target audience, and drive lead generation across various channels.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Provide support in monitoring campaign performance metrics, analysing data, and generating insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to develop compelling and relevant content for digital channels.
  • Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines, SEO best practices, and audience preferences.
  • Take ownership of managing organic social media channels for Tritility.
  • Create and schedule social media posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Support with the execution of email marketing campaigns, including drafting and scheduling emailers, segmenting email lists, and tracking performance metrics.
  • Ensure email campaigns are optimised for deliverability, engagement, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to implement lead capture mechanisms, landing pages, and forms to drive conversions.

The role will be based from our Jarrow office, covering our standard working hours of Monday to Thursday: 8:30am-5:00pm, and Friday: 9:00am-3:00pm with no evenings, no weekends, and an early finish every Friday. With some flexibility to work from home, up to two days per week, at your line managers discretion.

What you’ll bring:

This position would suit a candidate with a minimum of 12 months experience and would be a perfect role for someone with excellent writing skills, a creative mind and a flare for visual design.


  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Canva
  • Understanding of the principles of SEO
  • Experience in producing social media campaigns
  • The ability to think creatively and come up with fresh ideas
  • The ability to manage and prioritise your own workload
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail


  • Some experience in video editing
  • An understanding of Google Analytics
  • Some experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
