To support this expansion, we are seeking a talented Graphic Designer specialising in motion graphics to join our ranks. If you’re looking for a laid-back yet stimulating work environment within a team of friendly, creative minds, then this opportunity might just be your perfect fit.
About the Role
As a Graphic Designer at Tritility, you will be responsible for creating graphics across digital and print platforms, with a primary focus on motion graphics. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop captivating visual content that effectively communicates our brand message and engages our target audience.
Reporting to our Brand Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Design and produce compelling motion graphics for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, presentations, and more.
- Develop digital and print graphics for marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, infographics, assets for email campaigns, in alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in graphic design and motion graphics to continuously elevate the quality and impact of visual assets.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
- Maintain organised digital asset libraries to facilitate efficient workflow and resource management.
The role will be based from our Jarrow office with some flexibility for hybrid working, covering our standard working hours of Monday to Thursday: 8:30am-5:00pm, and Friday: 9:00am-3:00pm with no evenings, no weekends, and an early finish every Friday.
What you’ll bring
The position would suit a candidate with the below skills and qualities:
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, with advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Demonstrated experience in creating engaging motion graphics and digital/print graphics, preferably in a marketing or advertising context.
- Strong creative vision and the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling designs that resonate with the target audience.
- Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to design, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all visual assets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts to team members and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Passion for design, creativity, and continuous learning, with a proactive approach to staying updated on emerging trends and technologies.
