We're looking for a talented and innovative Social Media Strategist to become a vital part of our brand, driving femme to new heights through substantial growth on various social platforms. This role will involve not only enhancing our digital footprint but also spearheading a robust influencer strategy from inception to implementation. As femme’s social media strategist, you’re not just representing a brand; you’re shaping its identity. Main Tasks of the Job:

Expertly manage and evolve marketing channels (Social media channels, influencer management platform)

Create cutting-edge, trendsetting content

Identify and capitalise on emerging trends

Engage with influencers and content creators to broaden reach

Manage brand partnerships, establishing strong working relationships

Monitor and interpret data for continuous growth

Track KPI’s both individual and brand led alongside financial growth targets

Ads management including social and google paid campaigns

Skills and Responsibilities:

Strategic Social Management

Extensive experience in social media management and strategic marketing management

Proven track record of growth across established and new brands

Manage the company's social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) with regularly scheduled content in line with the marketing calendar and seasonal events and ensuring content is on brand

Create and carefully curate new, engaging, innovative content through strong storytelling and by mastering the tone of voice and personality and ensuring clear call to action to drive audience engagement

To be ahead of the trends at all times by researching and suggesting new up-and-coming viral content ideas leading to real-time marketing opportunities

Devise new social media marketing campaigns depending on seasonal or product requirements while working with the wider team to brainstorm ideas

Community management of our social media accounts by responding in a friendly and timely manner and forwarding questions / requests to the relevant stakeholders

Analyse social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance direct to the brand director

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media management.

Flexibility to respond to socials outside of core hours where required

Confidence to jump onto camera if required

Content Creation

Create social media content, including photos and videos, for all platforms to capture high-quality, platform-specific content

Photo library management to ensure content is named and categorised properly and easily accessible for the wider team

Collaborate and manage on photoshoots for larger campaigns through effective planning

Understanding of the call to action required for each piece of content created

Role Requirements

3 years minimum experience managing social media and content creation within women’s wellness would be desirable, but for an ecommerce platform is essential. Experience growing an audience and using social media platforms and planning tools to aid growth

Knowledge of social media platforms with experience in editing Stories, Reels and TikTok videos

Strong Photography and Videography skills with a portfolio of previous experience

Excellent copywriting skills and command of the English language

Experience of user generated content and influencer marketing and management

Highly organised and a self-starter full of ideas, who can work independently

Individual who has a passion in women’s health, fertility and supporting a women’s journey from her first period to her last.

Salary: £30,521.00-£34,000.00 per year
