Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pub Restaurant Team Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and extensive experience in restaurant and kitchen environments. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a vibrant team, manage food preparation and service, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of restaurant staff, including servers, bar staff, and kitchen personnel.
- Oversee food safety procedures, ensuring compliance with health regulations and company policies.
- Manage team schedules, delegate tasks efficiently, and monitor performance to foster a motivated work environment.
- serving customers and providing excellent hospitality experiences.
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas at all times.
- Support training programmes for staff development in areas such as food production, service excellence, and safety standards.
- Handle customer enquiries or complaints professionally, aiming to resolve issues promptly.
- Support events and managing social media posts
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively.

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
- Hospitality background with an understanding of customer service excellence.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to organise tasks efficiently under pressure.
- Familiarity with bar and restaurant operations is essential.
