Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pub Restaurant Team Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and extensive experience in restaurant and kitchen environments. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a vibrant team, manage food preparation and service, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of restaurant staff, including servers, bar staff, and kitchen personnel.
  • Oversee food safety procedures, ensuring compliance with health regulations and company policies.
  • Manage team schedules, delegate tasks efficiently, and monitor performance to foster a motivated work environment.
  • serving customers and providing excellent hospitality experiences.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas at all times.
  • Support training programmes for staff development in areas such as food production, service excellence, and safety standards.
  • Handle customer enquiries or complaints professionally, aiming to resolve issues promptly.
  • Support events and managing social media posts

Requirements

  • Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively.
  • some kitchen experience although training given
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
  • Hospitality background with an understanding of customer service excellence.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to organise tasks efficiently under pressure.
  • Familiarity with bar and restaurant operations is essential.
