Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated front of house Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our establishment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve beverages and food items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience through effective upselling techniques.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food items.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic math skills for processing payments
  • Uphold high standards of customer service, addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Skills

  • Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, particularly in a bar or kitchen setting.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is essential.
  • Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
