Job Summary

We're working with a specialist in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software consultancy, implementation, development, training, and support services for both business partners and direct customers..

We are looking for a Software Support & Development Apprentice to join our successful and growing team to work within our CRM support team, managing both customer and partner support requests for CRM solutions and related software platforms.

Working as part of a small team, we are seeking someone with exceptional customer skills to join our friendly and vibrant team, where you will also be involved in supporting existing custom development work, as well as implementing, testing, debugging, and documenting new project work.

Duties: -

  • Providing customer support for CRM software related issues and changes that may come in via email, web or phone which will need be logged and managed within our internal CRM platform.
  • Debugging applications, identifying system errors and helping rectify issues
  • Ensuring timely resolution of requests in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Install and update software on customers servers and client computers
  • Perform basic remote end user training to customers
  • Assisting in the design, development, and maintenance of software applications and the creation of technical documentation for reference and reporting

  • 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)
  • Entry level knowledge of the following desktop support practices and concepts: Microsoft Office 365, Operating Systems and Products for Microsoft, Apple and Mobile devices, basic networking, Outlook and Exchange knowledge, Microsoft Edge knowledge and Microsoft Teams and Google Chrome
  • Teamviewer
  • Knowledge of SQL, HTML, JavaScript, ASP/ASP.NET, C# an advantage but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sands, HP12: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • A-Level or equivalent (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • UK Driver's License (preferred)

Work Location: In person
