Looking for the place where you can belong? Join MHR and help us shape the world of work.

Overview:

As the Digital Experience and Website Manager, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and continual enhancement of MHR’s website and digital presence. Your role will focus on optimising the website for performance, usability, and customer satisfaction and ensuring it aligns with MHR’s brand and audience expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the creation, modification, and enhancement of web pages, functionality, and content to drive traffic and revenue.
  • Understand MHR’s target audience and brand identity to tailor the website experience accordingly.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues or bugs, coordinating with internal teams and external partners as necessary.
  • Ensure the website complies with relevant laws and regulations.

Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and report on key website performance metrics, including load times, site visits, and conversion rates.
  • Evaluate the impact of new changes and identify areas for further optimisation.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations and briefs for necessary website improvements.

Customer Experience Optimisation:

  • Design and implement a streamlined online customer journey to enhance user experience and support the buying process.
  • Optimise website content, navigation, and search functionality to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Identify user pain points and implement personalisation strategies to increase relevance and customer satisfaction.

Conversion Rate Optimisation:

  • Analyse user behaviour, marketing metrics, and customer journeys to develop strategies for improving website design, content, and overall functionality.
  • Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective website elements for driving conversions.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and strong project management skills to drive continuous improvement in MHR’s digital presence.
