About the role

Reporting to the CDO, as a Designer for Gibcap you will have the opportunity to work in a design team that supports multiple rapidly growing brands across both the Tech sector and the drinks industry. You will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our brands. You will be responsible for creating engaging and on-brand visuals across various digital and print platforms. From packaging design to marketing materials and social media assets, your work will be instrumental in elevating our Brands.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create designs: Create visual designs for websites, social media, advertisements, and product packaging
• Collaborate across projects: Work with clients, marketers, copywriters, and project managers
• Research: Stay up to date on industry trends and incorporate new ideas into projects
• Adapt designs: Modify designs for different formats, such as print or web
• Review and refine: Incorporate feedback to improve designs and ensure they meet project goals
• Manage Project timelines: Balance multiple projects while meeting deadlines
• Design brand kits: Create brand guidelines and design assets like letterheads, business cards, and social media graphics
• Create prototypes: Use wireframes and mockups to present concepts to stakeholders and team members

What We're Looking For:

✅ Experience: 2-4 years in a graphic design role

✅ A killer portfolio – Bold, fun, and eye-catching work that fits our vibe.

✅ Strong design skills – Pro in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

✅ Brand builder – Experience shaping and maintaining a strong visual identity.

✅ Social-first mindset – You know what looks good online and how to design for engagement.

✅ Fast & flexible – You thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Bonus Skills:

• Motion graphics/video editing
• Experience using leading design tools i.e. Figma, Framer etc.
• Experience in E-commerce Tools i.e. Shopify
• Experience in UI Design

Pay: £23,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
