Job brief:

We are seeking a Sales and Digital Marketing Co-ordinator to promote Altruisk using telephone, email, LinkedIn and other social media channels.

Altruisk is a provider of Health and Safety courses throughout the UK and Ireland and we are looking for a Sales and Digital Marketing Co-ordinator to support the growth of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Calling potential customers to arrange meetings to prospect for new business
  • Make accurate resource calculations and provide customers with proposals in a timely manner
  • Review your sales performance and aim to meet or exceed targets
  • Take bookings from clients by telephone, email or from the website
  • Email campaigns - set up, distribute, monitor and analyse B2B email marketing campaigns
  • Write quality content for a range of platforms in the form of blogs, articles and reports
  • Design and maintain our social media presence
  • Help grow the social media community and followers
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Manage the ongoing development of the website.
  • Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters, including writing and proof-reading copy.
  • Record sales and order information, and input the information into a computer system
  • Key Skills / Experience:

Essential:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience of appointment making
  • Strong communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of website and web based analytics tools
  • Experience leading and managing marketing database, email, social media and/ or display advertising campaigns
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills, data driven thinking
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong Team player
  • Experience of CRM based automated marketing
  • Full UK driving license (some local travel will be required)
  • Desirable:
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Previous blogging or online copywriting experience.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
