Full job description

BetTOM Ltd — Content Team Member Team: Content, Marketing & Analysis Location: On-site (remote opportunities available after 3-month probation) Level: Entry to Mid-Level | Type: Full-time Probation Period: 3 months

Who We Are

BetTOM is a newly launched betting brand that's already turning heads — and hitting targets. We went live in 2025, and we've been growing fast ever since. We're a team of around 25 people who move quickly, back each other up, and get things done.

We're now looking for a Content Team Member to join our Content, Marketing & Analysis team as we continue to scale.

The Role

This is a broad content role for someone who's comfortable — or keen to become comfortable — operating across multiple areas of a fast-moving iGaming brand. You might come from a sportsbook or casino background, have experience in CRM, SEO or marketing, or you might be a recent graduate with a STEM or business degree looking for your first real role in a live commercial environment. We care more about how you think than what's already on your CV.

You'll work closely with our Graphic Design, Marketing, and wider Content team to help deliver promotions, campaigns, and content across our website and other channels. Your work will go live, be seen by real users, and have a direct impact on the business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of content across the website, email campaigns, and promotional channels
  • Working closely with the graphic design team to brief, review, and deploy creative assets
  • Assisting with CRM activity including promotional communications and player-facing messaging
  • Helping maintain and update website content using CMS platforms
  • Contributing to sportsbook and/or casino content as needed
  • Supporting SEO efforts, including on-page optimisation, content updates, and keyword-led writing
  • Keeping content consistent, on-brand, and accurate across all touchpoints
  • Getting stuck in with whatever the team needs day to day

What We're Looking For

We don't expect you to tick every box. We're open to candidates from a range of backgrounds — what matters is that you're sharp, curious, and eager to get stuck in. Relevant experience or knowledge in any of the following is a plus:

  • Sportsbook — understanding of betting markets, odds, and sports content
  • Casino / iGaming — familiarity with casino products, promotions, or the broader igaming landscape
  • CRM — experience supporting or executing customer communications and campaigns
  • SEO — knowledge of on-page SEO, content optimisation, keyword research, or SEO writing
  • Marketing — digital marketing knowledge, campaign support, or content strategy
  • HTML / Web — ability to build or edit web pages, work within a CMS, or basic front-end confidence

No direct experience? No problem. If you have a degree in a STEM or business-related field and you're looking for a foot in the door of a fast-growing commercial environment, we'd still love to hear from you. Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and a willingness to learn go a long way here.

Across the board, we value:

  • Good written communication and attention to detail
  • An organised, reliable approach to managing tasks and deadlines
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work at pace
  • A collaborative attitude — you'll be working closely with design, marketing, and beyond

A Note on Hours

BetTOM operates 7 days a week — that's the nature of the industry we're in. This role reflects that, and candidates should be comfortable with a schedule that will include some weekends. We do offer remote working opportunities following the probation period, allocated based on team needs and scheduling.

The Interview Process

Shortlisted candidates will go through the following process:

  • Initial Interview — A conversation to get to know you, discuss your background, and go through a set of questions about your experience, interests, and how you approach content and marketing challenges.
  • Practical Task — Following the interview, candidates will be given a short practical question designed to gauge their understanding of the role and give them a chance to show how they think and generate ideas. There are no trick questions — we just want to see your thought process.
  • Further Interviews — Depending on the competitiveness of the hiring process, additional interviews may be arranged before a final decision is made.

What You'll Get

  • Real experience in a live, fast-moving iGaming environment
  • Work that's visible and valued from day one
  • A close-knit team of ~25 where you'll grow quickly
  • Exposure across content, marketing, CRM, SEO, and more
  • Remote working opportunities available after probation
