Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Content Creator to develop compelling and informative content for our websites, presentations, exhibition stands, packaging and product data. This role requires a strong grasp of writing for digital platforms, product marketing, and ideally SEO optimisation to enhance our brand presence and improve customer engagement. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in all published materials.

PSA is an established consumer electronics manufacturer & distributor with offices in the UK and Netherlands.

You’ll be working alongside our in-house marketing, product design and sales teams, creating high quality content for digital, packaging & print.

This role involves working with a number of our existing brands including Duracell, Braun, Oral-B, Lenovo, HP and 2-POWER, as well as taking a key-role in helping to shape some exciting new ones, from initial brand concept to product on the shelf. You’ll need to understand what makes good content resonate with the consumer and drives interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, write, and edit high-quality content and product data for all of the company's customer facing and internal communications.
  • Create and update product data sheets, ensuring they are clear, engaging, and aligned with brand voice and technical accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the product, marketing, and sales teams to gather necessary information and translate complex product features into user-friendly content.
  • Optimise website content for SEO and user experience (UX) to improve visibility and engagement.
  • Ensure all product-related content aligns with company branding, tone of voice, and messaging guidelines.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to keep content relevant and competitive.
  • Work with designers to incorporate infographics, images, and diagrams into product data and web content.
  • Manage and update content in our CMS, PIM and compatibility database.
  • Proofread and fact-check materials before publication.
  • Monitor content performance metrics and suggest improvements based on insights.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or technical writing.
  • An understanding of SEO best practices and content optimisation.
  • Experience writing for B2B/B2C websites and product-related materials.
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging content.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva) would be helpful but is not essential.
  • Experience using ChatGPT to help accelerate the development cycle.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hybrid role with your week split between our offices in Salisbury, Wiltshire and WFH.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
