MotorEasy is looking for a talented and analytical PPC Manager to join our growing in-house team in Reading. This role is pivotal in driving our digital performance, reducing reliance on external agencies, and delivering measurable ROI.

We offer advice to nearly 1 million motorists nationwide and provide them competitive prices for the products and services we offer.

Your role includes:

• Boost leads across all products for the sales team
• Develop, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to maximize performance.
• Monitor daily performance metrics to ensure campaigns meet KPIs, including cost per acquisition (CPA), ROI, and click-through rates (CTR).
• Analyze data and create detailed performance reports to guide strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to align ad creatives with campaign goals.
• Stay updated on PPC trends and recommend innovations to improve efficiency.
• Manage budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.

Salary:

• £35-50k dependent on experience

Experience

• Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns with a strong understanding of Google Ads and other PPC platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on insights.
• Strong knowledge of SEO principles and how they relate to PPC strategies.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant qualifications in marketing or a related field are advantageous but not essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
