As an Account Executive you’ll work with a variety of clients, helping grow their online presence through tailored strategies. From creating engaging content and managing PPC campaigns to optimising websites and analysing performance data, you’ll be at the heart of delivering exceptional results for our clients.

What does the role involve?
Core responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Supporting Account Managers in creating and executing marketing strategies for clients.
- Managing campaign activities, including content creation, on-page SEO, Google Ads, Social Media campaigns, email campaigns and analytics reviews.
- Preparing monthly performance reports for clients.
- Assisting with website development projects using WordPress, creating pages, writing content and implementing SEO best practices.
- Making updates to existing client websites and performing monthly maintenance tasks.
- Collaborating on campaigns using marketing automation.
What are the job requirements?
Our ideal candidate will have experience in/with:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar marketing role either in a marketing role either in house or agency.
- Minimum 2 year's experience working on WordPress websites including WordPress Themes and Plugins
- Experience with Google Ads or other paid advertising platforms.
- Understanding of the principles of SEO.
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Search Console setup.
- Strong time management skills for handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills (phone, email, face-to-face).
- Clean UK driving license with access to a vehicle (semi-rural office location).
- Degree or equivalent experience/qualifications
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Desirable Skills:
- Experience troubleshooting website errors/issues.
- Knowledge of CSS, HTML, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Photoshop or WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
- Experience using SharpSpring or other marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
- Knowledge of Monday.com or similar project management tool.

Work Location and Salary:
This is a full-time, permanent role based in South Cerney (opportunities for hybrid working after minimum of 3 months in line with business needs). Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM–5:30 PM and Friday 9:00 AM–1:00 PM (with a paid lunch break). The salary is starting from £24,000 per year dependent on experience.
South Cerney is an easy commute from Swindon, Cheltenham and surrounding areas with excellent local amenities (Please note it is a rural location and public transport options are limited). Enjoy lunchtime walks around the lakes and enjoy the nature and environs of the Cotswold Water Park.
