Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Web Design and Program Development Specialist to join our team in Leicester. You will be instrumental in designing and building elegant, data-driven, user-centric web experiences that support our property management operations and help shape our digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop the application which runs on the platforms like Mobiles (Apple, Android), Desktop, Tablets, Windows OS and all web browsers.

* Collaborate with the product team to identify customer needs and deliver innovative, research-driven solutions.

* Design, wireframe, and validate user interfaces for property listing portals, tenant dashboards, and landlord tools.

* Produce high-quality sketches, wireframes, and mock-ups at varying levels of fidelity throughout the design process.

* Implement RESTful APIs for smooth integration between systems.

* Optimise images and content for fast, responsive websites.

* Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless implementation.

* Apply knowledge of database technology and source code control to support ongoing development projects.

* Develop static web pages and multimedia content to showcase properties.

* Hands on experience on different Database engines.

About You

* Proven experience in web design and development, preferably within real estate, e-commerce, or related industries.

* Strong understanding of user-centred design principles.

* Proficiency in producing high-quality design artefacts at different stages of the creative process.

* Familiarity with RESTful API design, database technologies, and source code management.

* Experience with image optimisation techniques and responsive web design.

* Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
